Alarisa
A vision for the relationship between a Principal—the person an Assistant serves—and their personal Assistant in the digital world.
Alarisa is my long-term development direction and a major ongoing multi-component system. I am exploring it through practical work today; over time it may take the form of one product or a connected family of products. Its final form is not fixed, and Alarisa itself is not currently a commercial product.
A Principal and an Assistant
The Principal is the person the Assistant serves. The Principal owns the intent, remains the human authority, and lives with the consequences of important decisions.
What this direction explores
Alarisa asks how an Assistant can retain useful context and continuity, work with digital services within defined boundaries, support delegation, and interact with other people, their services, and their agents—without dissolving human responsibility.
Foundation and current proof
TeqFW is the technical foundation and ADSM is the development-management methodology behind this ongoing proof. They enable the work; Alarisa does not replace them as the foundation.
The proof is experimental and incomplete. Current systems such as PDE may contribute useful working evidence without making Alarisa market-ready.
The Alarisa repository is an inspectable entry to a current source estate that also includes back-state, Desk, communications, backend, mobile, and backend-control repositories. Together they are inspectable evidence of active multi-component implementation—not seven separate products or a claim of market readiness.
From exploration to useful products
A direction can lead to experiments, capabilities, and technical systems. Some become independently useful products; some remain infrastructure; some are abandoned when they stop proving useful. This is exploration, not a predetermined product roadmap.
PDE is one independently useful product that emerged while exploring how agents can access controlled digital resources. It has value beyond any complete Alarisa product.
PDE and useful Desks can be deployed early for a person's own account and compatible agents. Their current product path does not require a visitor to adopt the whole Alarisa direction.
A stable direction, not a fixed roadmap
Alarisa may eventually become a product or product family, but no final architecture or catalogue is promised today. Independent products can stand on their own along the way, while experiments that do not help can be left behind.
